Project overview:Completed on April 10, 2025, the Shenyang Sujiatun key industrial project will build an intelligent green food factory in Northeast China, rely on intelligent warehousing to upgrade the supply chain, and distribute prepared dishes, barbecue, and hot pot ingredients nationwide.
Store goods:Prepared dishes, barbecue ingredients, hot pot ingredients and other finished food products
Reservoir area planning:Build a 9-meter four-way shuttle smart warehouse with a total of 5,500 cargo spaces; use 1200×1200mm steel pallets; set up 2 warehouse areas, configure 4 four-way shuttles, 2 elevators, and support self-developed WMS and WCS management systems to realize automated access to goods.
Solve pain points:
1. The warehouse area of the factory is limited, traditional shelf aisles occupy a large area, and the storage capacity is insufficient;
2. The turnover frequency of prepared dishes is high, the efficiency of manual entry and exit is low, and inventory control is difficult;
3. Food goods require precise batch management, and a digital system is urgently needed to realize real-time inventory traceability;
4. Match the integrated production and marketing model of the factory and build an automated logistics system to support nationwide order delivery.
