Project name:Beijian Tongcheng International Logistics - Tianjin Beijing-Tianjin Logistics Park Project
Plan type:Cold chain automated three-dimensional warehouse + high shelf integrated smart warehousing solution
Project overview:The project is located in Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area, with a total investment of 685 million yuan. It covers an area of 176,000 square meters and has a construction area of 55,000 square meters. It is equipped with three professional cold chain warehouses with a total storage capacity of 60,000 tons. It is equipped with a large storage yard and a container operation area. It is a benchmark cold chain smart warehousing cluster in Tianjin Port.
Store goods:Imported frozen meat, aquatic products, quick-frozen food and other bonded cold chain goods
Reservoir area planning:The entire site uses 1000×1200mm heavy-duty pallets, with a single pallet load capacity of 1000kg, adaptable to automated and manual flexible operations.
1.24-meter ultra-high automated three-dimensional cold storage: equipped with 22,420 intelligent cargo spaces, equipped with 10 lanes and 10 double-depth stackers, to achieve fully automatic unmanned access operations in low-temperature environments;
2.15-meter high shelf cold storage: 13,640 double-deep cargo spaces are planned, and a high-density storage mode is adopted to greatly improve the utilization rate of storage space and adapt to forklift pallet operations.
Solve pain points:
1. Solve the problems of high land investment cost and low space utilization of traditional cold storage and maximize the value of storage capacity;
2. Replace a large amount of low-temperature manual labor, reduce the frequent opening of warehouse doors, stabilize the warehouse temperature, and reduce the loss of goods;
3. Adapt to the complex batch characteristics of bonded cold chain goods and achieve precise inventory control and first-in, first-out management;
4. Take into account both automated and efficient operations and the flexible operation mode of forklifts to meet the needs of the park's diversified operation scenarios.
